Dulce joined InfraRed in 2014.
Dulce is currently focused on origination and transaction execution of infrastructure and energy investments in Europe after having spent a number of years dedicated to investments in Latin America.
Dulce has 15 years’ experience in structuring, financing and investing in infrastructure. Prior to joining InfraRed, she worked at Verus Partners developing power projects (IPPs) in the Middle East. Before that, Dulce was at Banif Investment Bank in São Paulo advising on and financing infrastructure projects in South America. She also worked for a number of years in London for Citigroup and John Laing.
Dulce holds a M.Sc in Administration from ISCTE Business School in Lisbon.
