Fabian Lange

Fabian joined InfraRed in 2013.

Fabian is part of the Real Estate investment team focusing on German and Northern European opportunities. He has been a deal team member on numerous value-add repositioning and development projects across Germany, France, Denmark and the UK.

Prior to InfraRed, Fabian was part of the Cushman & Wakefield Corporate Finance team in London where he worked on real estate projects both from an equity and debt perspective and advised occupiers on their real estate monetisation strategies.

Fabian holds a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the University of Reading and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. In addition, Fabian recently completed an MBA at INSEAD.
